If you experienced a crash, audio glitch, or unexpected behavior while using Synthze, please let us know so we can fix it in the next update.

How to report an issue

The most effective way to report a bug is to send us an email directly at support@synthze.app.

What to include in your email

To help us identify and resolve the issue quickly, please include the following details in your report:

• Device Model: e.g., Samsung Galaxy S23, Google Pixel 7
• Android Version: e.g., Android 13, Android 14
• App Version: You can find this in the app settings or Google Play Store.
• Description of the bug: What exactly happened? What did you expect to happen?
• Steps to reproduce: How can we recreate the bug on our end? (e.g., "Opened the app, changed oscillator 1 to saw wave, played a chord, and it crashed.")

If you have an idea for a new feature, a UI improvement, or any other feedback, you can send it to the same email address. We are always open to community suggestions!
